He played a pivotal role in diversification of group business activities and is the backbone of our expansion in various demographics. He is widely regarded in the industry for his vision & commitment.

Shakuntala Bothra

- Chairperson - IQ Foundation

She is a commerce graduate with business experience of more than 3 decades and is leading CSR activities of IQ Foundation . Under her leadership IQ Foundation has supported a number of initiatives that help the underprivileged members of society working in remote areas across India. With a focus on education, healthcare, rural development, destitute care, art & culture, mid-day meal schemes and village electrification, the IQ Foundation has made unparalleled contributions that have positively impacted thousands of lives, over the years.

Siddharth Bothra

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

He is a commerce graduate with a background in foreign trade and has extensive experience of more than 2 decades in various business segments including metallurgical industry. He is the support that enabled us to take the business forward across the international boundaries. The strategy roadmap defined under his leadership has transformed IQ Group into an organisation focused on creating sustainable value through robust risk management framework that delivered consistent top returns through decisive strategic choices in businesses. His strength lies in maintaining close ties with the clients across the spectrum.He is the public face of the company with excellent PR skills to his credit.

Jagruti Bothra

- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

She is a commerce graduate leading Finance & Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis functions as the Group Chief Financial Officer. She has over 15 years of experience with expertise in finance and operations. These include setting up business & treasury operations, risk & credit control, human resource management, strategic planning and crisis management.

Zhou Hao

- Chief Operating Officer (COO)

He has done his masters in International Business & carries with him vast experience of 22 years in global business operations in Asia Pacific & EU region . He is solely responsible for international business through Hong Kong & China subsidiaries . His strength lies in a deep understanding of global commodity market & logistics operations. He has played a pivotal role in setting up international operations & expanding our footprints in global markets .
